Property and Cancellation Policies:

Once your reservation is confirmed, cancellations or changes are not allowed (including changes to the guest's information) 14 days prior to arrival date. No refunds or credits for early departure, cancellation or no-show. Your credit card will be charged for the total amount within 24 - 48 hours of booking.

One night's room& tax will be billed to your credit card at the time of booking.

Street Parking Only.

Pets are not allowed. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be added to your folio.

This hotel has a smoke-free policy. All associates have been trained to respond to potential violations of the policy. For example, housekeepers are trained to observe signs of smoking in the hotel. Guests are reminded at the time of booking and upon arrival at the hotel that smoking is not permitted inside the building. Pre-arrival email notifications also include a reference to the policy. There is a significant room recovery fee, starting at $250.00, for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
